Starting point for this hike is Im underen Loichbiel. An exceptionally impressive hike along the flanks of the Wetterhorn and into the valley of the upper Grindelwald glacier. Our destination is the SAC Gleckstein hut. The sheer steepness of the slopes through which the trail leads makes this trip a special challenge and is recommended for sturdy hikers only with a good head for heights.
