Nordic Walking

Nordic walking exercises the whole body, using 85% of the total musculature. It is an endurance sport similar to jogging and walking but avoiding the pressure on knee joints normally caused by this type of sport.
Nordic walking is especially suitable for people who are overweight or who have joint and back problems. It is expressly recommended as exercise therapy by physiotherapists and orthopaedic specialists.
